I did

Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the I did app. They are written to be read, not to be skimmed past. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

I did is made and operated by Andrii Klymiuk ("we", "us"). You can reach us at scaly-blades8d@icloud.com.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use I did on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

Where the app is obtained through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies, and prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

Subscriptions and payment

I did is paid from day one. There are no ads, and there is no free tier that sells your attention instead of a subscription.

  • Plans are offered weekly, monthly and annually. The exact price is shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm.
  • The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
  • You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings, not in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What you write is yours

Your goals, dids and photos belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and no right to publish, analyse or train on them.

You grant us only the permission technically required to run the app for you: to store your content on your device, to sync it to your own iCloud container, and to make a shared goal visible to the people you personally invite to it.

Using the app decently

  • Do not upload content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to share.
  • Do not use a together goal to harass, threaten or shame another person.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the app's source or model weights, except where that restriction is void under applicable law.
  • Do not interfere with the app's operation or with other people's use of it.

We may suspend access to shared features if these rules are broken.

The coach is not an advisor

The on-device coach suggests a next action. It is a piece of software, not a professional. Nothing in I did is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and you should not treat it as such. What you choose to do stays your decision and your responsibility.

Availability

We do not promise the app is uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be removed as the app evolves. iCloud sync depends on Apple's services and on your own iCloud account being in good standing — it can be unavailable for reasons outside our control.

Your data is your responsibility to keep. Export it from Settings whenever you want a copy you hold yourself.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost progress toward a goal.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them removes the statutory consumer rights you have where you live.

Ending it

You can stop using I did at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app. We may end your licence if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the updated date at the top changes and the new version is published here. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you use the app as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence still apply to you, and this clause does not take them away.
